The Royal Flying Doctors Service is a non-profit organisation aiming to provide emergency and health services for people living in regions without direct access to hospitals and doctors. One of their main stations is situated in Alice Springs, and it is accessible to the public. Here, at their museum, you can get a glimpse of the flying doctors' job as well as of their rescue helicopters.

Originally constructed in 1912 and rebuilt after WWII in 1956, the Tsūtenkaku Tower stands 103 meters tall and gives you an outstanding view of all of Osaka. When on top you can venture to step on the platform with a guide and safety belt to experience some exciting vertigo.

The Friedhof St. Johannis is one of Europe’s most important cemeteries, as a number of famous personalities, such as Albrecht Dürer and Veith Stoss, are buried here. A very beautiful place, it is also known as the “Cemetery of Roses” as a result of the many roses that grow on the site. The cemetery was commissioned as a result of the advanced council order that no longer permitted burials to be performed within the city walls. A new cemetery therefore had to be built in the surrounding area for the northern part of the city. Why not visit the baroque Hesperidengärten afterwards?

Römerberg is the medieval square at the heart of Frankfurt’s Old Town. Destroyed in World War II and later rebuilt, it’s now a popular place to wander among reconstructed houses and historic landmarks. At its centre stands the Fountain of Justice, with a statue of Justitia holding the scales, while the Römer, Frankfurt’s city hall for more than 600 years, remains the square’s most recognisable building.
