There is a myriad of healthy cafés that serve nutritious, fresh and tasty meals so you can eat and drink with good conscience, and if you have a sweet tooth, don't worry there are plenty of yummy treats on offer too. The Esplanade is a great area to head for when looking for a place to have a relaxing break, here you will find plenty of coffee shops scattered around the area and many with amazing sea views.
