Chalet Restaurant & Bar
Chalet’s offers fine dining spanning what seems to be every cuisine: fresh seafood, meat entrées, and a sushi bar complement their selection of chilled, red or house wines. Chef McCulloch even creates many of the sauces for the seafood entrées. The dinner entrées are all served with a choice of garden fresh salad or a cup of home-made soup, and one choice of either sautéed vegetables, fries, and a loaf of warm bread. The desserts are a favourite, with house-made specials like the Captain Morgan Rum Cake.
