Whistler offers two distinct peak seasons for visitors: June through August and December through March. Winter enthusiasts will find ideal skiing conditions on the mountains from December to February, while March provides warmer temperatures with quality snow. In June and July, Blackcomb Mountain reopens for glacier skiing, while the rest of Whistler transforms into a haven for camping and outdoor exploration. September, October, and November offer a vibrant display of fall foliage, perfect for leaf-peeping enthusiasts. April and May bring moderate temperatures, creating ideal conditions for hiking and biking adventures.

Public Transport

Public Transport

BC Transit offers convenient bus service throughout Whistler, connecting the Village, Creekside, and surrounding neighborhoods. Express services are available to Creekside and Cheakamus, while seasonal shuttles provide free transportation to Lost Lake Park in the summer, Marketplace in the winter, and the Upper Village year-round. The Resort Municipality of Whistler also operates free shuttles within the Village and to various lakes and parks during the summer months. All Whistler Transit buses are equipped with ski and snowboard racks, as well as bike racks that can accommodate two bikes per bus.
