The tours complement this grand natural spectacle with a lunch out at sea. From 1st January to 31st August, certain islands are off-limits, and the closest permitted distance, particularly near these islands, is a hundred metres. During this period, the boats only travel in areas not subject to seal and bird protection, always respecting wildlife.

Västervik is known globally for its challenging granite cliffs. The area caters to both seasoned climbers and beginners. Within town limits, Västervik's Climbing Center offers indoor climbing facilities, equipment rentals and expert guidance. With about 70 marked routes of varying difficulty and additional beginner-friendly trails, it's an ideal spot for honing skills.
