Stacked sherry barrels greet arrivals at Jerez Airport (XRY), which is located 8km northeast of the city. Buses, trains, and taxis are available for transfers to and from Jerez outside the terminal building. The cheapest solution would be opting for means of public transportation. The bus line M-050 connects the city to the airport and tickets can be bought on the bus. The train journey to Jerez de La Frontera (train line C-1) takes approximately 9 minutes. You'll find a taxi rank outside the terminal building and the journey takes about 20 minutes. Alternatively, you can choose to rent a car with car rental companies located at the airport.

You can buy stamps, postcards, or envelopes at local newsagents bearing the sign "Tabacos". If you need to mail letters, you'll find mailboxes throughout town, which are distinctly yellow with a blue sign.
