Panadería Las Hoces is an artisan bakery that sells various types of freshly baked bread, including the cateto bread, also known as telera and typical of the Sierra de Cádiz, the cundis, a bread with a more forceful crumb or the famous softened, a version of a muffin specific for Bornos and characterised by a very soft crumb and a slightly toasted crust — very tender.
The selection of pastries changes seasonally. For easter Easter they make different types of donuts and a version of the Arcos bun, a kind of tender and spicy donut very popular in the neighbouring town. From October to December, pestiños — a particular kind of muffin.
