Situated in the North East corner of the island, Old Perithia is an abandoned village steeped in history, dating back to the 14th century. Once home to a vibrant farming community, this charming village offers an inviting space for exploration, with its medieval stone houses and churches. With an elevation of 906 metres, Mount Pantokrator is the highest mountain on the island and offers extraordinary and stunning views of Corfu, as well as Albania, situated a short distance from the island. At the top of the mountain, you'll find a café and a monastery.

This spectacular building, which is located in the village of Gastouri, was originally built in 1890 as a summer retreat for the Empress Elisabeth of Austria, also known as Sisi. It boasts several beautiful Greek sculptures and a wonderful garden, as well as spectacular terrace views.

The museum showcases an extensive collection spanning from the Prehistoric to Hellenistic eras, featuring bronze and marble statues, funeral offerings, ancient coins, clay pottery, golden jewellery, and fragments from ancient temples. Among the notable exhibits is the awe-inspiring Medusa pediment from the temple of Artemis, dating back to 585 BC. Additionally, visitors can marvel at the stone lion of Menecrates, a likely funeral offering to the renowned politician, a limestone pediment from the temple of Dionysus, 13 identical small statues of goddess Artemis, and a marble torso of Apollo.

Located 36 kilometres to the North East of Corfu town, the traditional fishing village of Kassiopi beckons with its idyllic setting, surrounded by verdant hills. A former military cemetery from 1855 where you can see several graves from both the First and Second World Wars. From late February to the beginning of June, an impressive orchid garden blooms, adding beauty to this solemn place.
