Frankfurt is well-known for its apple cider, the "Äppelwoi," so do not miss the city's famous cider pubs. You can easily find a place to try the famous drink or maybe just an ordinary, nice cup of coffee together with a traditional Frankfurter Kranz, a buttercream filled cake which originated from Frankfurt am Main.
