Valladolid's U shaped train station is an interesting piece of architecture, designed by French architect Enrique Grasset in the style of French eclecticism. The Valladolid Royal Palace in Plaza de San Pablo was the official residence of the Kings of Spain in Valladolid when it was the seat of the courts. Numerous structural changes have been made and the Palace was completed around 1528.
