Le Pirate has to be one of, if not the most esteemed seafood restaurants in Monastir. The set menu is reasonably priced considering the jaw-dropping quality of the food. The calm atmosphere beside the fishing port and the friendly service make the experience that much more appealing. The fish soup sets the four course meal off to a strong start, then comes an onslaught of mussels, octopus, seawolf, and more. There is no alcohol served here, so the food can be appreciated amongst sober heads.

Whilst Malibu Space may be on the higher end of the holiday budget, there aren't too many other places you can go in Monastir that offer quality food and live music in the same place. Be sure to try the octopus salad.
