They are one of the most popular spots in Roatán due to their famous "baleadas" which are basically homemade flour tortillas folded into a pocket stuffed with refried red beans, as well or other toppings to choose from including chicken, avocado or beef.

Cafe de Palo
Despite being in the bustling West End, Cafe de Palo is the right place to escape the tourist crowds and have lunch in a quiet atmosphere. The menu is full of healthy ingredients to choose from, not to mention fresh juices, smoothies and probably the best coffee in the area.
Cafe de Palo leans more towards the expensive side. However, their mouth-watering food and their courteous staff make it worthwhile.
