Championing a menu of “Freestyle Asian Cuisine,” Shabu was voted “Park City's Best Restaurant” and one of Conde Nast Traveler's “Top 12 New Restaurants in the U.S.” The acclaimed Shabu is the pride of Nobu-trained chef Robert Valaika, who specializes in hot-pot cooking. There are small “cold” plates like Yellowtail Jalapeño, “hot” plates like the Wagyu Beef Hot Rock, signature dishes like the Miso Glazed Black Cod and Shabu Shabu, and large plates like the Pan Seared Grouper. The Viking Yurt is accessed by way of a snowcat-pulled sleigh ride up 1,000 vertical feet, making for incredible views of the starlit sky, trees, mountains, and Park City itself. Featuring Nordic fine dining, The Viking Yurt does not rush its meals: glogg is served upon arrival, followed by soup, salad, intermezzo, the entrée, a cheese course, and dessert. Flanagan's is relatively new to historic Main Street. The restaurant specializes in Traditional Irish “Fayre,” with corned beef and cabbage, fish and chips, shepherd’s pie, and the Boxty Dishes. They also serve American fare like salads, sandwiches, steaks, chops, and burgers. Important to note, Flanagan's serves true Irish pints of Guinness.

Reef’s is a family owned Mediterranean, European, and Middle Eastern restaurant. The menus are seasonal, with delights like the Macadamia Crusted Halibut and Vegetarian Moussaka served May through November. The winter season menu becomes available on the website in Decembers.
