Olympic Valley offers a long skiing and snowboarding season that often extends into spring, making it a popular destination for winter sports enthusiasts. Hikers also flock to the valley during the summer months to explore its scenic trails and breathtaking views. The prime skiing season occurs between January and early March, when the snow is at its best. For a less crowded experience and more affordable prices, consider visiting in April or May, when the slopes are still open and the weather is pleasant. If you plan to visit in March, don't miss the WinterWonderGrass festival, a celebration of bluegrass music and craft beer. This lively event brings together talented musicians and local breweries, creating a festive atmosphere.
