The best time to visit New Smyrna Beach for pleasant weather is during the end of spring, the months of May and June, and in the beginning of fall, in September and October; during these months the temperatures are around 28°-29° C. In New Smyrna Beach there are a lot of music festivals, the main ones are: Downtown Music Festival, an event with music all day long and live music performances along the streets of the city; New Smyrna Beach Blues Festival, a four day celebration of the genre; and New Smyrna Beach Jazz Festival, one of Central Florida’s premier music events, with great jazz, good food and lots of fun.
