Buses and trams use the same tickets, available in various denominations. The Jakdojade website and app are a convenient and handy tool for anyone trying to navigate Lodz by public transport. Long-distance trains operate regularly to other Polish cities. Lodz’s train station and central bus station are located next to each other on the eastern edge of town a few blocks from the northern end of Piotrkowska. Warsaw is 2.5 hours away by train.
