Vilt och Gott
The guide was updated:Vilt och Gott ("wild and good") sells an assortment of venison: moose, elk, wild boar, deer and roe deer meat. You can also buy locally produced delicacies like marmalade and raspberry vinegar from Skånehill, rapeseed oil from Bjäre, spices from Naturkraft, liquorice from the liquorice factory in Ramlösa, herb salt from Bjäre Hembygd.

Bodils Bod
In the countryside, outside of the small village Örkelljunga, lies the farmyard Skönna Torp. The sheep have grazed the lands here since the middle of the 19th century.
The farm shop called Bodils Bod sells products made from sheepskin and wool: clothes, home furnishings, lambskins, yarn, etc. You can also buy eggs, sausages, lamb meat whenever it's available.

Kullasparris — Kulla Asparagus
It is hard to find a place quite like Kullasparris. Åsa and Johan Sjöblom looked far and wide for a place in Kullabygden, where they could finally get started with organic asparagus cultivation. Their farm shop is now situated in Hässlebo.
The idea of Kullasparris was to develop a business that besides cultivation and the sale of asparagus, also has the possibility to offer knowledge about food. This educational aspect comes in the form of "asparagus safari".

Lindegrens
In the beautiful Sinarps valley outside Båstad, a footpath goes directly to the farm where Swedish Red Poll cows peacefully pluck grass in the pasture. The animals are fed exclusively with organically grown grass and herbs. This feed gives a high content of the healthy Omega-3 fat and the result is simple and natural — flavourful and juicy beef, which is sold in the shop right at the farm.

Got a sudden craving for tomatoes all shapes and colours? If that's the case, you should pay a visit to Vikentomater AB, which cultivates an assortment of around 100 different kinds of tomatoes. Susanne and Mats Olofsson are the couple who runs Vikentomater, but for them it is not just a way to make a living — it's more like a lifestyle. In their bistro and café, they serve excellent healthy lunches prepared with vegetables and berries from their greenhouse. They also have a guest kitchen where invited chefs cook in front of a live audience.
