Fria Bad
The guide was updated:Fria bad, officially Öresundsbadet, is Helsingborg's Copacabana. The beach is centrally located in Helsingborg, but it still offers you sun and bath on a real beach.
Örestrandsbadet goes through a daily cycle: neighbourhood residents come early in the morning, sporting bathrobes and ergonomic sandals; during the day, families with children take over; in the evening, youngsters claim the sandy waterfront.

At Klitterhus, there is a 100-metre-long jetty with a handicap ramp.

Kvickbadet is the city beach in Höganäs. The beach is very child-friendly, with calm, shallow waters. For the smallest ones, there is also a fun playground. For the older kids, there is a raft for diving and water slides. There's a gym and a bouldering block, if you want to dedicate some time to fitness.

Mölles Havsbad
The village of Mölle is at the tip of Kullahalvön in northwest Skåne. It's probably most famous for being the first place where men and women bathed together in the 1890s. Back then, this practice was considered shameful and sinful. The distinctive striped Mölle-swimsuit became widely known and after this period, Mölle got the nickname "den of iniquity". Mölle is still a very popular beach resort.

Morgonbryggan (the morning jetty) in Torekov is the perfect place to start the day with a refreshing dip in the ocean. Buy a small breakfast from the local bakery and visit the jetty, which is considered to be one of Skåne's finest.
