Wynkoop Brewing Company
The guide was updated:Colorado's first brewpub, Wynkoop Brewing Company was co-founded in 1988 by former Denver Mayor and Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper. It produced 4,330 barrels of fresh beer in 1997, earning it a place among the largest brewpubs in the world. This unique and well-established brewery offers freshly brewed-onsite beer, hearty pub fare, live comedy, and a BCA-sanctioned billiards parlour.
