Deauville Normandie Airport is located 8 kilometres outside of Deauville centre.
A service links Deauville and the airport which is the local bus service called BusVerts and the journey takes about 15 minutes. You take the bus number 20. When traveling from Deauville to the airport you can buy tickets on the bus or at the BusVerts office at the Deauville rail station.
Another way to travel from the airport to the centre of Deauville is by Shuttle Service if you arrival with Ryanair or Flybe.

Best Time To Visit
The best time to relax in the sun and at Deauville's sandy beaches is between the months of June and August. Since early August boasts the warmest temperatures, this is also when most tourists visit Deauville. If you are looking to avoid crowds and higher prices, consider visiting in late spring or early autumn.

Public transport
Deauville is a small town so you can easily get around by walking. If you are a tourist there is a small tourist train which departs the town hall for trips around town. Bicycles, roller skates and scooters can easily be rented at Cycle Lucas, 92 Avenue de la République.
Deauville is connected to nearby Trouville by two bus services and a small ferry (summer only). It only takes about 15 minutes to walk.
