In contrast to many cities, Bremen's international airport is a mere 10 minutes from the city centre on a direct tram line. This makes it unique in Germany. Simply take tram no. 6 from the main railway station and, 10 minutes later, you're at the airport. From here, you can get to anywhere in the world.
