The Badajoz Airport is located about 13 kilometres from the city. Iberia has regular flights to Barcelona and Madrid, and there are seasonal flights to Ibiza and Palma de Mallorca.
For transport to the city, there are taxis available outside the terminal (the ride to Badajoz should cost about 20 Euros), and it is also possible to rent a car, but there is no public transport.
