Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area
The guide was updated:The Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area is one of few maritime forests remaining on the North Carolina coast. The beautiful natural area was donated to the state by the family of Theodore Roosevelt, the 26th President of the United States. An interpretive trail is located onsite, adjacent to and leading from the parking area of the North Carolina Aquarium.
