Djurholmen hiking area on the southern slopes of Hallandsåsen offers a serene escape deep in the Småland forests. Its marked trails take you through a vast bog, a creek ravine with waterfalls, and varied beech and coniferous woods. Djurholmamossen, one of Skåne's few preserved raised bogs, is a natural habitat for black grouses, capercaillies (one of Sweden's largest birds) and moose. One of the biggest tourist attractions of 's-Hertogenbosch. The river Binnendieze is a century-old system consisting of all waterways within the city walls. Visitors can sail through 's-Hertogenbosch in a distinctive open-topped boat. They can enjoy various monuments, characteristic ancient and modern buildings, the waterways, and the magnificent fortifications. The Binnendieze is protected city area since 1972.

Monastero San Benedetto, situated in Crociferi street, is a symbol of Catania. It is identifiable by the arch which unites the Monastery’s main abbey and the Church of Saint Benedict – one of the most beautiful baroque churches in Sicily – to the little abbey, wherein the MacS museum is housed.

The iconic blue-domed mosque is one of the country's most recognisable attractions, a place of worship as much as a national landmark and even somewhat of a museum: a few archaeological finds and personal items of King Abdullah, who inaugurated the mosque, are also displayed here. Unlike at most other mosques, non-Muslim visitors are welcome inside, provided they follow the rules of attendance.
