Nöjesfabriken is a multifaceted entertainment complex boasting a nightclub and a live stage as well as a restaurant, bowling alley, golf simulator, bar, and an expansive event hall. The venue offers a year-round calendar of events, featuring performances by both national and international artists. From lively Christmas parties and shows to engaging record fairs and book exhibitions, Nöjesfabriken ensures a diverse and entertaining experience for all who step through its doors.

This cathedral is dedicated to the patron saint of the city, and it boasts some magnificent artwork, as well as the marble mausoleum of Gabriele D’Annunzio's mother. It was built at the beginning of the 20th century, although the façade had to be reconstructed after it was damaged during World War II.

It was built on a site of a Jesus college. It was a foundation, set up by clerics from Madrid's Royal Monastery (Monasterio de la Visitación), under the patronage of the princes Carlos María Isidro de Borbón and his wife, María de Asís de Braganza y Borbón. The monastery was built in neoclassical style, between 1826 and 1832. On the outside, the facade is made from black and red marble, featuring the shields of Spain and Portugal, Saint Charles Borromeo, Saint Jane of Chantal and Saint Francis of Assisi. Inside the church, built in the shape of a Latin cross, there is an interesting collection of religious paintings by the Court painter, Vicente López and his school (Valencia)

The Audubon Aquarium is adjacent to the French Quarter, right on the Mississippi River, which adds to the Aquarium's intrinsically inspiring aura. It displays, among other things, a vibrant world of Caribbean coral reef with a walk-through tunnel, sea otters and penguins engaging in play, and a 400,000 gallon Gulf of Mexico Exhibit which allows you to visit the gigantic sharks, tarpon, and rays. Guests are even encouraged to feed the parakeets, and get up close and personal with a sting ray.
