Pull up on a beach for a swim, or fish whenever the mood strikes. Your guide will assist in building the raft. Choose to embark on a one, two, or seven-day rafting adventure. Sleep on the raft or in a tent, and if you like, a box packed with typical Västerbotten food can be provided for you. You'll cook your own meals over an open fire or on a portable stove.

Castelvecchio, which means 'Old Castle', dates back to the mid-1300s and was built by Cangrande II della Scala as both a residence and fortress. Today, it houses the Castelvecchio Museum, with a good collection of medieval and Renaissance art. The castle’s walls and towers give a solid sense of Verona’s history, and the walk along the river from here is worth adding to your route.

La Devesa Park is Catalonia’s largest urban green space, a 40-hectare oasis framed by the Ter, Güell, and Onyar rivers. Its defining feature is a stunning grid of over 2,500 plane trees, many planted in the 1850s and soaring over 55 metres. The vegetation creates shaded avenues perfect for walking and cycling.
