Queens is one of New York’s most diverse boroughs, known for its mix of cultures, food, and art. Its neighborhoods each have their own flavor: in Astoria, Greek tavernas and bakeries line the streets, while Flushing offers some of the city’s best Asian restaurants. MoMA PS1 in Long Island City showcases cutting-edge contemporary art in an industrial setting, and nearby, the Noguchi Museum blends indoor and outdoor space with sculptures by Japanese-American artist Isamu Noguchi. History fans can visit the King Manor Museum in Jamaica, once home to Rufus King, a signer of the U.S. Constitution and early abolitionist. Citi Field, home of the Mets, and the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, where the U.S. Open takes place, are also here. Both JFK and LaGuardia airports are in Queens, making it the first and last stop for many visitors.

The Stone Arch Bridge is the oldest bridge in Minneapolis and is a National Historic Engineering Landmark. The bridge was used for people and goods transportation in the past. Today; however, the bridge and the surroundings are more of a recreational destination for pedestrians, cyclists or tourists that want to catch a view of St. Anthony Falls.

This site once was a military fortress and then became the first and most advanced pier in ancient China. Nowadays, it has been turned into a 75-metre tall building on the margin of the Jialing River packed with many restaurants, cafes, temples and craft stalls. When the sun sets, the building illuminates the surroundings, making them look dream-like.

The Minneapolis Institute of Arts is one of the biggest fine arts museums in the US and the largest museum in Minneapolis. Take your time browsing through all of the artwork collected here, which belongs to many different periods, countries and styles. Check the website to know if there are currently any special exhibitions or events at the museum. You'll have to buy a ticket for those, but the general admission to the permanent collection is free.
