A stroll along Lungomare Giacomo Matteotti, one of the main arteries of the city, is a uniquely Pescara experience. Designed by Pietro Cascella using white Carrara marble, the fountain represents an ancient rowing boat that brings back the seafaring tradition of the city. It is located on the seafront and is the symbol of Pescara.

The Djerba Traditional Heritage Museum features beautiful collections of traditional costumes as well as Jewish and Muslim jewels. The museum is located in an old Koranic education centre from the 18th century.
