This 15th-century Synagogue houses a permanent exhibition entitled "The Tradition and Culture of Jews in Krakow", as well as temporary exhibitions, in the historic Jewish quarter of Kazimierz. The area surrounding the synagogue has been highlighted in Steven Spielberg’s movie "Schindler’s List."

Church of St Adalbert, also known as the Church of St Wojciech, is located to the side of the Main Market Square in Old Town, and is one of the oldest stone churches in Poland. Its almost thousand-year old history goes back to the beginning of the Polish Romanesque architecture of the early Middle Ages.

The Kunstmuseum Stuttgart is hard to miss—by day, it’s a sleek glass cube reflecting the city; by night, its illuminated limestone core glows from within. The museum holds around 5,000 square metres of exhibition space, much of it tucked beneath the square in repurposed tunnels. It’s home to the world’s largest collection of works by Otto Dix, including his famous triptych Großstadt. The collection also includes pieces by Adolf Hölzel, Willi Baumeister, and other key figures in modern and contemporary German art.

Grand Fond reveals St Barts’ untamed Atlantic coast — a pebble-strewn beach where surfers challenge the crashing waves, and swimming is wisely avoided amid the rocky shallows. A 15-minute hike west along slippery coastal trails leads to the Piscines Naturelles Grand Fond, where volcanic rocks cradle seawater pools. Time it right (avoid midday sun and check tides) for safe dips between sea urchin colonies. The full 3-kilometre out-and-back trail offers panoramic ocean views. Just be sure to pack sturdy shoes and water for the scramble over jagged terrain. Shellfish hunters take note: collecting is prohibited, but the beach makes a spectacular picnic spot for those craving salt-sprayed solitude.
