Djurholmen hiking area on the southern slopes of Hallandsåsen offers a serene escape deep in the Småland forests. Its marked trails take you through a vast bog, a creek ravine with waterfalls, and varied beech and coniferous woods. Djurholmamossen, one of Skåne's few preserved raised bogs, is a natural habitat for black grouses, capercaillies (one of Sweden's largest birds) and moose. Rönneviks Miniature Golf is a rather standard course, but what makes it exceptionally great is its location right next to the Hembygdspark. As you play, you can have a look at the animals, take the kids to the playground, or simply enjoy a stroll after playing. Ice cream and drinks are sold here, too.

This museum is a goldmine for all those who are interested in the history of both the state and the city: while the permanent exhibition '750 years of Hannover' display the changes down the centuries, the 'History of the City' section traces back the development from a medieval town to a sizable city. The third department informs about the rural life between the 17th and the 20th century while temporary exhibitions feature different themes and numerous events.
