Situated in a typical 18th-century townhouse, the Hyacinthe-Rigaud Art Museum displays rare and rich collections of art and cultural artefacts of the Oriental Pyrenees from the 13th century to the present, displayed in the permanent collection or in occasional temporary exhibitions.

This is a museum set up in honour of opera composer Gaetano Donizetti. The archive at the museum stores, among many things, original printed editions of books, valuable iconographic collection and various relics.

This sanctuary gives you the opportunity to touch and hold koalas in the world’s largest koala enclosure. The site is easily accessible by bus from the CBD, or via Miramar Cruises who make daily trips from the South Bank’s Cultural Centre pontoon at 10 am.

The Casablanca wine valley is one of the area's newest wine regions, located about an hour outside of Santiago. Because of the ocean breezes from the Pacific, Casablanca became the first cool-climate wine producing region of Chile.
