Lord Howe is home to one of the most picturesque golf courses in Australia, which overlooks the towering Mt. Lidgbird and Mt. Gower. The nine-hole course meanders through the lushly vegetated Kentia Palm forest and out into the gently undulating open fairways along the ocean foreshore - providing the golfer with many challenges along the way.

Since the 1920s, San Diego's Little Italy has been a vibrant symbol of Italian culture, originally founded by Italian families who settled in the area. Today, it's a bustling hub filled with restaurants, craft breweries, urban wineries, and art galleries, making it a top destination for Italian cuisine lovers. Every Saturday, the Little Italy Mercato takes over several blocks, offering fresh produce and gourmet fare. Visitors can also experience the "Little Italy Festa!" each October, a celebration of San Diego's Italian-American heritage.

Film buffs will really get a kick out visiting the Yoda Guy Movie Exhibit, which houses a number of pieces of movie memorabilia. Some pieces are works created or co-created by the artist and owner Nick Maley, who has worked on films like "Star Wars", "Superman", "Men in Black", "The Terminator", "Alien" and "Highlander".

An event that attracts a huge and diverse crowd every year, the spring regattas are organised by the luxurious Italian Yacht Club. Over 100 boats depart from Portofino´s port in May, competing for the coveted trophy in 3 days of good sportsmanship, accompanied by concerts and shows.
