With its extensive permanent exhibition including paintings, townscapes, photographs and documents, the Stadtarchiv/Stadtmuseum, located at Badgasse, provides an insight into Innsbruck’s historical past. This museum is also venue for numerous events such as special exhibitions, literary readings and lectures.

This enormous, beautiful cathedral is located by the river and was designed by the architect Konstantin Ton. You can recognise the cathedral by its copper domes that dominate the skyline.

Nestled beneath the hilltop Albert Park in central Auckland, the Auckland Art Gallery, or Toi o Tāmaki, is a focal point of art and culture. Established in 1888, it proudly stands as New Zealand’s first permanent art gallery. Housing the country's most extensive collection of national and international art, it frequently hosts internationally travelling exhibitions. The grandeur of the building, characterised by towering Kauri columns and a magnificent canopy, is an experience in itself. The church was built to mark the birth of prince Ivan VI, who was later to become Ivan 'the Terrible' -- it was the first of its architectural kind in Russia. The structure faces the Moskva River and is marvellous in its unique architectural design. Kolomenskoye Park stretches along the Moskva River and is a favourite among locals for day trips, too.
