Open-air swimming pools in Rzeszow are located at 23a Ks. Jałowego St. (entrance from Pułaski St.). They are open in the summerti me from 9:00-20:00. The complex consists of 3 swimming pools – a 50-meter sports pool, a recreati on pool with a slide, water jets and a fountain, and a paddling pool for children. Younger guests can also enjoy the water playground, which is located in the pools. Discount tickets: primary school, middle and high school students, students up to 25 years old, retirees and pensioners, people with the first degree of disability together with a guardian - upon presentation of ID card. Children under 3 years use the pool free of charge.

A lesser-known but stunning way to see the Old City is the Ramparts Walk, which will guarantee you an aerial view from the top of the Ottoman walls that circle the city. You can choose between two options. The longer north sidewalk, which covers the area from the Jaffa Gate to the Lions Gate, overlooks the Christian and Muslim Quarters and ends near the Dome of the Rock. The south sidewalk goes from the Tower of David to the Zion Gate and will bring you right in front of the Western Wall.

For a lazy day at the beach, head over to Lido Azzurro. This beautiful beach offers facilities like changing rooms, showers, deck chairs and umbrellas. If you are feeling hungry there are restaurants and bars around the area (sunbeds and umbrellas are offered at a fee, but you can bring your own).

Located in the Northeastern part of the city, the Muslim quarter will strike you as it is a lot busier than the adjacent Jewish one. Men smoke nargile inside the cafés while children play in the streets. The roads are lined with stands, and vendors loudly present their products. In the northern part, you will find the beautiful Damascus Gate. Built by Suleiman the Magnificent, it has triangular spires at the top, which gives it a resemblance to a crown.
