By the excavations in 1969-1976 the archaeologists found two roman one-nave basilicas built in different times. They're called basilicae geminatae or “the twin churches” and their purpose is not clear. One idea is that the basilicae geminatae are a conjunction of the congregational churches that serve for the public worship mass and memorial ones intended for the cult of relics.

Casimirsborg, a historic estate dating back to 1380, features parts of its original castle in the cellar vaults. The current building, from 1829, boasts period details like the grand salon, the largest private hall in Tjust and northern Småland, and a unique neo-Gothic chapel. It houses a cultural museum in the old granary, showcasing exhibitions on agricultural history, the Bronze Age, and painted floors. The estate also holds significant Bronze Age remains, indicating its past as a regional power centre. With untouched Bronze Age environments, Casimirsborg offers popular guided tours combining lectures with visits to ancient graves and rock carvings.

The tulips from Tasmania's north west coast are so good that the bulbs are exported all the way back to Holland! Come and see the tulips in full bloom in Wynyard in October when the rows and rows of spectacular tulips adorn Table Cape.

The Buraidah Water Tower is a popular landmark in the city, especially during the summer, when visitors can climb to the top of the tower to take in the spectacular views of the surrounding area. The tower is used as the central point of the water festival in the summer.
