The Grand Ole Opry is known worldwide as "The Show That Made Country Music Famous.” This weekly country music stage concert first took place in 1925 with a one-hour radio "barn dance" on WSM. Now, it is the longest-running radio broadcast in US history. Come experience a piece of Nashville music history with a mix of country greats, from new stars to superstars and legends. Among the Opry's current members are Dierks Bentley, Charlie Daniels, Jimmy Dickens, Vince Gill, Martina McBride, Brad Paisley, Carrie Underwood and Keith Urban.

Northside Park is great either you go alone or with your whole family. The amazing reflective waters and vibrant green grass provide the perfect place for a nice and relaxing walk in the park. Three lighted softball/baseball fields, a soccer field, a multipurpose field, a fishing lagoon, a foot bridge, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking/jogging paths, and more can be found here to make your day!

The Hofgarten is the green lung of Düsseldorf. It stretches from the Jacobistraße with Schloss Jägerhof and the bordering Malkasten Park to the Heinrich-Heine-Allee by the Altstadt (Old Town) and from the Königsallee to the Rheinterrasse (Rhine Terrace) on the banks of the Rhine. Because of its diversity and the pleasing contrast between nature and formal design, it is a popular destination for relaxing walks.

Formerly known as Channelside Bay Plaza, this new park in east Downtown Tampa features a biergarten, eateries and an events lawn. If you want to make a day of this area, the Florida Aquarium, the American Victory Museum, and the Spiltsville bowling alley are close by. Cargo and cruise ship watching at the Tampa Port Authority can be a great pastime too.
