Stockholm's bohemian neighbourhood is like a city within the city. Just a few minutes from there is the historic Gran Hotel Bolivar, where many Hollywood stars, singers, politicians and famous authors have stayed. The list includes former American President Nixon, Ernest Hemingway and Mick Jagger, among others.

The former home of American author and illustrator Edward Gorey, purchased in 1979, has been converted into a museum to honor his life and works. Built in 1820, this historic home showcases Gorey's distinctive style, known for its dark, whimsical, and sometimes macabre illustrations. His extensive collection of illustrated books has captivated readers of all ages, particularly children. Visitors to the museum can explore his creative legacy through exhibits and guided tours, which are available from April through December.

Beginning at the Nervi marina, Anita Garibaldi's Walk is a picturesque 2-km route that leads to the ancient port of Capolungo in Noli. Originally, it was an ancient trail utilized by fishermen and farmers in the early 1800s to access fishing spots and agricultural land that abutted the sea. Nowadays, it's a popular destination for couples and families seeking a romantic stroll in one of the world's most breathtaking locations.
