Space Center Houston, the official visitor center for NASA, features interactive exhibits, attractions and presentations that not only educate, but also entertain visitors. Learn about the history of space exploration in museum exhibits and short films and get a unique chance to touch a moon rock. Take a tram-tour to the Mission Control, the Astronaut Training Facility and the Rocket Park, where a life-size Saturn V rocket ship is on display.

As Port Zante is located right in Basseterre's city centre, getting there by ferry or taxi is relatively easy. There are also mini vans called "route taxis" If you are going to Port Zante in a route taxi, look for one that has "Basseterre" written on the front sign. Once you board the minibus, you can tell the driver that you want to go to Port Zante. The minibus will drop you off at the bus terminal in downtown Basseterre, and from there it's just a 10-minute walk to Port Zante. You can ask locals for directions or follow the signs to the cruise ship terminal. The Museum of Contemporary Art exhibits avant-garde art, part of the Arteast 2000+ international collection, as well as artwork by Slovene artists belonging to the national collection. The Arteast 2000+ collection tells the tale of the overlooked and often censored creativity of artists from the then Eastern Bloc. Occasionally, the museum displays new exhibits, thus actively expanding its collection.
