Culture Park Småland accommodates several different cultural sights that displays Småland culture up close. In the "museum park", in central Växjö, lies Småland's Museum, the Swedish Glass museum and The House of Emigrants. The Swedish Glass Museum shows the magical world of glass from different periods. Småland Museum opened in its own building in 1885. In the permanent exhibitions, you can find everything from Neolithic objects, a silver treasure from the Viking Age and opera singer Christina Nilsson’s emerald jewelry. The museum contains both a café and a shop. The house of emigrants is the nordic regions largest institute. Focusing on Swedish emigration to north America. In the house of emigrants there are exhibitions, archives, libraries and research activities. The new exhibition the dream of a new country replaces the previous dream of America which offers completely new content in completely new packing.

Cinecittà offers a behind-the-scenes look at Italy’s historic film studios. Visitors can explore monumental sets, costumes worn by stars such as Sophia Loren and Alberto Sordi, and exhibitions on the history of Italian cinema. There’s also a restaurant styled like a film set and a bookshop, all set within the studio’s green park.

Saint Fin Barre's Cathedral is a Neo-Gothic cathedral built in 1870 on a former monastic site. Legend has it the monastery was established by St Finbarr of Cork, the patron of the city. The grounds' labyrinth offers a chance to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.
