The Gothenburg Cathedral, also known as the Gustavi Domkyrka, is a significant religious landmark in the heart of Gothenburg, with its origins tracing back to the 19th century. This nature reserve offers plenty to entertain visitors, but its definitive highlight is the nightly parade of penguins returning ashore and heading to their sand dune homes at sunset after spending the day hunting for fish. Expect to sight anywhere between a couple of hundred to a couple of thousand penguins.

Perched above the sparkling waters where Vineyard Sound meets Buzzards Bay, Nobska Lighthouse has been guiding mariners since 1876. Originally built in 1828, this iconic beacon was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. Now operated by the United States Coast Guard, the lighthouse continues its vital role in navigation while offering visitors stunning views of the coastline and nearby islands.
