The Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park is a tribute to the civil rights campaigner who was born and later buried, in Atlanta. Visit the house where Dr. King grew up, the church where he preached as well as his final resting place, and the Eternal Flame at the King Center.

The building alone is well worth a visit. In the 16th century, the Lanfranchi family built this palace leaning against a group of medieval structures showing paintings dating to that era.
