Waterville Valley has a compilation of expertly maintained slopes for snowboarding. The perfect snow coverage during snow seasons and 220 acres of terrain make for the ultimate snowboarding escapade. There are also terrain parks with pipes and ramps.

Snow's Mountain Chairlift provides scenic round-trip rides, offering a relaxing way to enjoy the view. The chairlift also grants access to lift-served mountain biking trails suitable for all levels and hiking paths that meander through the National Forest, leading to picturesque waterfalls and swimming spots. Additionally, you can enjoy an 18-hole Disc Golf Course for some outdoor fun.

Colombier Beach is St Barts’ crowning escape — a crescent of white sand accessible only by boat or two scenic hiking trails, ensuring its pristine seclusion. The Flamands Trail (20-30 minutes) starts past Petite Anse, winding along cactus-dotted cliffs with glimpses of rocky shores. For panoramic vistas, take the Colombier Lookout Trail (30-45 minutes) from the viewpoint parking lot, descending past iguanas sunning on volcanic boulders to reach the shore. Protected by a hilly peninsula, the bay’s calm waters reveal sea turtles and coral. Don’t forget to pack your snorkel! History lingers at the western edge, where hurricane-topped ruins of Laurence Rockefeller’s 1950s villa stand guard. Originally a medieval castle called Kastello, it was destoyed in 1856 and resurrected in 1939. Now, it's the crown jewel of the Old Town. Inside, ancient mosaics bedeck the floors, and you'll find a unique collection of 16th and 17th-century Western furniture. On a hot day, the castle's massive walls provide a much-needed reprieve from the heat.
