Eger has favourable bicycle infrastructure, the town is a popular destination with active tourists. Bicycles can be transported in Hungary by train, on coaches it is not possible. Bicycle transport on trains is subject to extra fee. By bicycle in the town In Eger you have the opportunity to bike along the bike road and discover the whole city this way. Have a ride and if you feel like it, bike further to the Bükk mountains! At busy roads there are separated bike roads so even the small ones can enjoy it safe! The most interesting part of the road is near Dobó square where you can bike really on the coast of Eger-stream. We recomment to try it! Two kilometres from the town of Cuneo, Sanctuary Madonna della Riva rises 530 metres above sea level. A number of processions from different areas have taken place in the sanctuary. The painting of Madonna and Child with Saint Francis is one example of the priceless treasures that the sanctuary keeps.

The Old Daphni Monastery was originally founded and built at the end of the 6th century, to the west of today's Athens. Surrounded by defence mechanisms, the monastery was extended with additional construction over time. The interior holds detailed mosaics and the complex is now a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is worth the little detour by public transport.

Constructed in the 16th century under the orders of Sultan Ahmad al-Mansur of the Saadian dynasty, El Badi Palace — the "Incomparable Palace" — was once hailed as a marvel of its era. Initially featuring 360 rooms, an expansive courtyard, and a 90-metre-long pool, the palace was a monument to the Sultan's affluence and influence. Adorned with a lavish selection of materials sourced globally — from Italian marble to Malian gold — the palace was envisioned as an opulent space for grand receptions and ceremonies. However, following al-Mansur's death in 1603, the palace was abandoned and gradually succumbed to decay, especially during the waning years of the Saadian rule. Many of its precious elements, particularly its marble, were harvested and repurposed in various Moroccan structures. Nowadays, El Badi stands as a significant point of interest in Marrakesh, housing various exhibitions and even showcasing the Minbar of the Kutubiyya Mosque. Though largely in ruins, the palace still whispers stories of a bygone era of wealth and grandeur.
