This shopping centre is a hub for souvenir and clothes shops, making it a great place to pick up local Fijian keepsakes. It also offers varied cultural experiences, from fire dancing displays to henna tattoo drawing. At 6:30pm, you can enjoy free cultural entertainment shows, adding an extra layer of immersion to your visit.

The coveted summertime escape of Germia Park lies just outside Pristina, and covers an impressive 62 square kilometres. Apart from the many hiking trails, its main attraction is the huge open-air swimming pool thoroughly enjoyed by locals. The Villa Germia restaurant on its grounds also has a great reputation.

Hop aboard the Laxen for a guided sightseeing tour of Ängelholm! The tour will take you along the river Rönne, Skåne’s Amazon, as it meanders through the city centre. The trip with Laxen (Swedish for salmon) departs from the landing stage at the centrally located City Hall and passes under many bridges on its way out to the Skälderviken marina. Here, the boat will be moored for a short break (approx. 25 minutes), giving you the opportunity perhaps to indulge in an ice cream and take a stroll around the marina before we set sail for the city centre again, bringing us back to the landing stage at City Hall. The trip will take approximately 2 hours and the guided tour on the outward journey is offered in both Swedish and English. The boat only runs in summer.

A stroll around Björkholmen still gives you an insight into how it was in the 18th century. The Björkholmen part of the town can be seen as the other side of the tracks in relation to the parade buildings of Trossö. This is where the first shipyard workers and tradesmen lived in small, low cottages, that sometimes rested directly on the flat rock. The streets on Björkholmen are named after different types of ships and admirals. Enjoy the view over Saltsösund and passing boats.
