The Edinburgh Festival Fringe is the world's largest arts festival, transforming the Scottish capital each August into a global stage. The modernist construction of the aquapark building matches in its style the nearby Cultural Center and Public Library. “Octopus” offers not only aquatic attractions, but also bowling, a restaurant and a modernly appointed conference hall.
