Ranch Pia integrates various facilities. There is pasture for horses, stable with fourteen compartments and outdoor roofed compartment next to the stable. For riding, the premises for equipment, the area for saddling and grooming in front of the stable and smaller roofed areas.

The adventure park offers entertainment and a special challenge. Test the limits of your endurance on low and high elements using special equipment that will help you overcome the obstacles. Each individual assesses the difficulty of the task and often surpasses the limits of his or her own abilities with plenty of fun, laughter, and excitement.

Nowhere else in Düsseldorf can one feel the city’s heartbeat so clearly as in the Altstadt. Those who want to party, people in search of culture or history lovers will all be equally well catered for in this area between the Rhine and Heinrich-Heine Allee, that covers an area of less than half a square kilometre. This tiny space is crammed with around 260 eateries, pubs, bars, discos and restaurants, and one would be hard pressed to find the like in any other city. The Altstadt is also home to Altbier – a real Düsseldorf speciality.

Many of the archipelago's islands are populated by giant Aldabra tortoises, and bird species number 250, 12 of those being unique to the islands. Mahe Island's Port Launay Marine National Park is the place to head for whale shark sightings, and Praslin Island is home to the country's national bird - the Seychelles black parrot. Cousine Island is where visitors are encouraged to take part in wildlife conservation projects (and spot free-roaming giant tortoises and rare bird species along the way). A mere 3km away from there is Fregate Island, known especially for its chelonian inhabitants.
