The ISEA, provides a fun and learning experience for every member of the family. Their two ships are used as classrooms to teach children and adults about the importance of the Great Lakes ecosystems, in order to inspire a desire to conserve them and the life they contain.

The Museum of Contemporary Art exhibits avant-garde art, part of the Arteast 2000+ international collection, as well as artwork by Slovene artists belonging to the national collection. The Arteast 2000+ collection tells the tale of the overlooked and often censored creativity of artists from the then Eastern Bloc. Occasionally, the museum displays new exhibits, thus actively expanding its collection.

J.R. O'Neal Botanical Gardens is a small, serene oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Road Town, located about 2 km from the cruise terminal. Despite the damage caused by Hurricane Irma, the gardens are still a delightful and well-maintained attraction filled with lush tropical vegetation. The collection of tropical plants represents different habitats of the BVI, such as the rainforest and coastal environments, in addition to exotic species and an extensive collection of palms. Visitors can enjoy a greenhouse for orchids, a lily pond, a gazebo of orchids, and a scenic pergola. The nursery at the gardens plays a crucial role in preserving endangered species of flora found within the BVI.

Cast your line and try your luck with the local catch, or simply take in the stunning views of the Atlantic. As the day winds down, the pier becomes an ideal spot to watch a breathtaking sunset over the water—a must-see for any visitor to the Crystal Coast.
