Scandinavia’s largest cathedral was built in the Gothic style in the 1270s before being consecrated in 1435. The cathedral is home to the tombs of several Kings and famous scientists including Gustav Vasa and Carl Linnaeus. The treasury houses Gustav Vasa’s sword, the relics of Eric IX of Sweden, as well as the golden chalice of Christina, Queen of Sweden. It is also possible to listen to concerts, look at exhibits, have coffee and cake in the cosy Katedralcafé, or browse the gift shop.

At 452 metres, the Petronas Twin Towers used to be the tallest buildings in the world before being surpassed by Taipei 101 in 2004. Still the tallest twin buildings, they are a true symbol of the new Malaysia. You are welcome to the skybridge on the 41st floor. Petronas Towers are adjacent to one of the busiest shopping malls in Malaysia, Suria KLCC. Ticket sales start at 8:30am and are limited in number. If you plan to visit during the next 24 hours, tickets will need to be purchased at the Ticketing Counter on the Concourse Level, otherwise they may be pre-bought online. Time allotted per visit is 45 minutes, and includes visits to the sky bridge and observation deck.

Civico Planetario Ulrico Hoepli is the largest and oldest planetarium in Italy, offering a space where people can learn about astronomy and science. Inside the 20-metre wide dome you can watch projections of the night sky. Experts are always on hand to explain about the stars and planets. The planetarium offers a host of events and shows some of which are thematically tied to current events and pop culture such as spooky Halloween shows and lectures about the science in sci-fi films.
