In the evenings, the place to be is Avenida Yaxchillan with its lively restaurants and bars, popular with locals and tourists alike.

Stavropoleos Monastery Church in Bucharest is a striking example of Romania's Brâncovenesc style, blending Byzantine, Ottoman, Renaissance and Baroque influences.
