This cliffside hike is one of the best ways to take in the island, spanning approximately 9 km from Fira to Oia, with Imerovigli and several smaller villages in between. It’s not difficult, but parts of it are steep, rocky, and exposed, so bring water, sturdy shoes, and start early to avoid the midday heat. Expect churches, caldera views, and the occasional detour through quiet paths. It takes around 3–4 hours, depending on pace and photo stops. Ending in Oia means you can reward yourself with dinner and a view—just be ready for the crowds if you hit sunset.

The Old Bydgoszcz Canal is an impressive engineering work from the late eighteenth century. An important commercial route in the past, it spreads for around 25 km and connects the Vistula and Oder rivers. The boulevard alongside the canal is a favourite among locals for afternoon walks with a beautiful scenery.

This large public park, Tirana's "green lung", offers a peaceful escape from the city. You can relax on the grassy areas by the artificial lake, enjoy a jog along the scenic paths, or explore the beautiful flora at the Botanical Gardens of Tirana, where various plant species and flowers are showcased. It's an ideal spot to unwind and soak in nature within easy reach of the urban environment.

Gediminas Avenue is the main street of Vilnius, where most of the governmental and cultural institutions of Lithuania are concentrated. Nowadays, it is also a very popular shopping and dining street. It is partially a pedestrian street in the evenings when traffic is prohibited.
